Really good art, action and facial expresstions. Story was also good, but i did think it went a bit over the top near the end. The best part of the story for me was sonja's origin story thats spaced throughout the book. As for sonja being a strong female character, i don't think she is, throughout the comic shes basically a pawn, being used by the gods, fueled by revenge. Even being an original adaption respect must be honored to the world created by another. The previous 18 issues felt a touch off as well but close enough to Howard's world that it was not off putting, this collection dials it up to 11 and really does break my immersion as red ruby casino a long time Howard and Conan fanatic.
